What partners
ask us first.
Do I need to hold stock? +
No. Each luminaire is made to order and takes around five weeks to manufacture after payment. We simply ask that you have one demonstration unit installed to present the range to your clients.
Is the territory exclusive? +
The pilot phase is non-exclusive. Territorial exclusivity can then be considered, depending on the partner’s activity and the agreed commitments — for example, an operational showroom, a trained team and an annual commitment.
Who provides after-sales service? +
Luminaires are guaranteed for 5 years and screens for 2 years. Parts are supplied from France. The partner handles first-line diagnostics at the client’s premises, with our support.
Am I free to set my resale prices? +
Yes. We provide recommended retail prices for guidance only; you are free to set your own resale prices.
Do you work outside France? +
Yes. We support projects in France and internationally. Delivery and export terms are set out in the partner price list.
